A fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company is looking for a Head of Product Management to lead the development and scaling of its data-driven customer growth platform.
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in Holborn)
Salary: Up to £120,000

The Opportunity
You will join at a critical growth stage, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (also a co-founder). This is a high-impact, standalone role with a clear path to leadership, including team growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities include:
* Owning and defining the product vision and roadmap from scratch
* Building products that convert raw data into tangible business outcomes
* Embedding product thinking across the organization
* Acting as a bridge between technical teams, commercial leaders, and customers
* Shaping the future of an ambitious AI solutions company
About You
We seek a self-starting product leader who thrives in autonomy and ambiguity. You should have:
* Experience managing complex, data-driven products end-to-end
* Background in product-led organizations (not consulting or agency)
* A hands-on approach with proven ability to build from zero
* Comfort working with technical teams and customer insights
* A passion for building scalable, intelligent platforms
