Key Responsibilities HR Operations, Policy & Employee Relations Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of UK HR operations, ensuring policies and processes support both compliance and business needs. Act as a key operational link between the UK business and our India-based HR shared services team. Act as a trusted employee relations advisor, supporting managers to resolve people challenges and build confident leadership capability. Own and maintain the UK HR policy framework, ensuring alignment with employment law and organisational priorities. Oversee immigration processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure HR processes meet ISO27001 standards and support audit readiness. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead and contribute to HR transformation projects, including HRIS enhancements, process automation, and operational improvements. Review and evolve core people processes such as Performance & Development Reviews to ensure they support engagement and growth. Develop manager toolkits, guidance, and frameworks that strengthen leadership capability across the organisation. Use HR insights and data to identify trends and implement improvements to employee experience and HR effectiveness. Reward, Benefits & Recognition Lead the delivery and development of UK benefits programmes and run annual reward/renewal cycles, ensuring they remain competitive and valued by employees. Develop recognition initiatives that reinforce a culture of appreciation and high performance. Engagement, Development & Culture Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and culture, including events/Company Day’s, communications, and employee committees. Partner with the UK leadership team and the India-based L&D Lead to identify development opportunities and implement learning initiatives. Support CSR initiatives and community engagement activities. Workplace, Facilities & Wellbeing Oversee key facilities and workplace services, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming office environment. Manage third-party providers and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements. What We’re Looking For This role would suit an experienced HR professional who is ready to expand their influence and grow into a future HR leadership role. You will likely bring: Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, and policy management. Solid knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to advise managers on complex people matters. Experience delivering HR projects or operational improvements such as HRIS implementations, performance frameworks, or organisational initiatives. Exposure to reward and benefits, and managing benefits providers. A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and building scalable HR practices. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence leaders across the organisation. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing business. Experience working with shared services or international teams, or enthusiasm to develop this capability.
