Business Development Representative
On site - Based in Hedge End, Southampton
Base salary - up to £28k (commission on top)

Role Description
Based full time from our Headquarters in Hedge End, Southampton and reporting to Senior Leadership, the Sales Executive will focus on re-engaging underperforming dealers and strengthening customer relationships. This proactive role involves outbound calls, targeted emails, and relationship building to increase awareness of their products and services, while also responding promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries.
Key Responsibilities;
* Engage in regular proactive contact with dealers identified as “under-performing”, aiming to improve their awareness of their products and services and – ultimately – increase their spend.
* Arrange and attend virtual customer meetings via Microsoft Teams.
* Keep highly accurate and detailed CRM records of all customer interactions, as well as ongoing cleansing and improving of CRM data.
* Provide professional and efficient sales support to inbound sales enquiries, both via phone and email.
* Become a general product expert, keeping up-to-date with product and industry developments.
* Identify new sales opportunities, regularly communicating with key internal stakeholders (mainly Head of Sales and Commercial and Marketing Development Manager).
* Follow-up with leads from marketing campaigns or events in a timely and professional manner, with continued engagement to turn leads into customers.
* Provide the Business Development Team with ad-hoc support where required.
* Occasional travel may be required, for example to customer meetings, partner events, trade shows, or supplier meetings.
