My client is looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to be based in their office in Hatfield. The client is a UK wide construction main contractor.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with all stakeholders to align compliance with main contract programs.
* Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
* Engage with key supply chain partners to support effective development and delivery.
* Ensure zero compliance failures due to poor or inaccurate submission information.
* Assist in the collation of relevant data and preparation of reports.
* Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and share insights with the wider regional team.
* Undertake any other reasonable management requests.
* Develop PAS2030/MCS Supply Chain database with Supply Chain Manager
* Review resource requirements with Head of Sustainability on regular basis.
Qualifications or Required Experience
* Proven track record of learning new processes and adapting to new ways of working.
* Strong understanding that compliance failure can result in financial loss to the business.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
* Extensive knowledge of PAS2030, MCS and PAS2035 regulations.
* Proactive approach to compliance and process improvement.
* Relevant Health & Safety training.
* Managerial experience in a compliance-related role.
* Full Driving Licence with the ability to travel to multiple sites as required
