About You
In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will: justify expertise as a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number; mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; provide specialist nursing support and advice; take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence; and supervise and coach colleagues to deliver care that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviours. You will advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for the people living in our care home and their families. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; you will recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and act in accordance with training and procedures.
