Recruitment Consultant at The Ardonagh Group

Are you someone who thrives in the Insurance Industry? We’re on the hunt for a talented Insurance Account Executive or potentially an experienced Account Handler who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships. Responsibilities

* Foster relationships and help clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs, tailoring your approach to clients face to face, on the phone, or via video calls.
* Support clients all year round, with networking and prospecting activities to build and develop your portfolio.
* Offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and products across the Group, with opportunities for growth beyond traditional upsell/cross-sell.
* Discuss and implement hybrid and flexible working arrangements as appropriate for Account Executives.


Qualifications

* Experience gained from within the Insurance Industry in a similar role is essential.
* Relevant qualifications are a plus, though there are opportunities to gain them after joining.
