Location: Uxbridge | Hybrid Working: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM/ 9.30-6pm (37.5 hours per week)

What Youll Do: In this role, youll manage a portfolio of customer cases, ensuring smooth, professional service from start to finish. Youll act as the main point of contact for our clients, working with both internal teams and external partners to ensure every case is handled efficiently and with care.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing long-term customer accounts with professionalism and empathy
* Providing regular updates to customers and tracking case progress
* Liaising with third-party insurers, repairers, engineers, solicitors, and stakeholders
* Investigating details related to claims, including liability and potential fraud
* Making sound decisions to ensure a positive customer experience and protect the business
* Ensuring all actions comply with industry regulations and internal guidelines
