Role Overview
This client seeking a proactive and analytically minded Customer Accounts Advisor to manage customer portfolios, support strategic operations, and ensure seamless customer account administration. Your skills will evidence a sound working knowledge of global export licensing, the ability to negotiate terms and pricing with global customers, combined with exceptional commercial communication skills and expertise. The role calls for a professional with 3–5 years’ relevant experience and a strong technical acumen to navigate complex commercial workflows and support continued business success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for high-value, global customer account management, ensuring accuracy in order processing, pricing, and customer service delivery
Liaise with production and supply chain teams to support forecast planning and fulfilment schedules
Maintain and analyse customer data to support decision-making and performance tracking
Handle queries and troubleshoot account issues with professionalism and efficiency
Contribute to pricing strategy reviews in collaboration with commercial and finance teams
Produce reports and insights from SAP and MS Office tools to guide planning and service optimisation
Essential Skills & Experience
3–5 years’ experience in a customer account or sales operations role within a technical or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, including Excel for data analysis
Knowledge of forecast planning, order processing, and pricing strategy development
Proven knowledge of Global Export Licensing
Strong attention to detail, with a confident and collaborative communication style
Ability to adapt to evolving client needs in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
