The successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the school by overseeing cover management and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. When required, you will supervise whole classes across a range of subjects, delivering pre-set work, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. In addition to classroom duties, this role has a strong administrative and organisational focus.
