We provide amazing food, create inviting spaces, and develop engaging environments that inspire, motivate and unite our customers.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our dedicated catering team, who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly innovative Independent School environment.
More About The Role
The site is a busy co-ed day school feeding 1050 per day. We serve a retail breakfast and provide full lunch service with ages from 3.5 to 18 years plus staff. Knowledge and understanding of allergens is crucial to the role. We also cater for sports teas midweek and Saturdays during term time. There are several fine dining events throughout the year ranging from intimate affairs for 20 to larger events such as Summer Ball and prize giving for 500.
