We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in West London that is looking for a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build long-term relationships and make a meaningful impact in the lives of pupils with a range of needs, including autism, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH.
* Assist with personalised learning plans and EHCP targets
* Support emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH pupils (school-based or other settings)
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for inclusive education
* DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
