We are seeking a proactive and community-driven Community Partnerships Officer to join our team at MVA. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and deliver community-focused programmes and projects that address local needs and reduce inequalities.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will ensure high-quality delivery of assigned projects on time, within budget, and in line with organisational priorities. You will play a key role in strengthening relationships across the VCSEF sector and engaging local communities in meaningful, inclusive ways.

Key Responsibilities
Programme & Project Delivery
* Plan, deliver and complete assigned community programmes/projects in line with MVA priorities and procedures.
* Develop detailed programme plans and briefs, adapting them to changing needs.
* Compile and submit regular status and performance reports.
* Recruit beneficiaries and ensure project targets are achieved.
* Establish robust monitoring and tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
* Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to, including necessary permissions and consents.
* Support the Social Impact Gateway applications and processes.
* Identify potential funding bids and new opportunities to further MVA's work.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organisations and stakeholders.
* Work in partnership with communities to co-develop and co-design opportunities that reduce health and social inequities.
* Promote and market programmes via outreach events, social media and PR opportunities.
* Support the delivery of external events to launch and showcase projects.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a coherent and coordinated organisational offer.
Monitoring, Finance & Reporting
* Accurately input monitoring records and engagement data, preparing data sets for reporting.
* Support the monitoring of budgets and KPIs.
* Process invoices and payments to VCSEF partners in a timely manner in conjunction with the finance department.
* Complete CRM entries promptly and accurately.
General Duties
* Work within MVA's Equal Opportunities, Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies.
* Attend supervision, support sessions and relevant training.
* Support wider project team performance and undertake additional duties as delegated by line management.

* Delivering and supporting community-focused programmes/projects across their full lifecycle.
* Working directly with communities to support and motivate positive outcomes.
* Effective networking and stakeholder relationship management.
* Experience using programme/project monitoring and evaluation tools.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Experience delivering events, including marketing and promotion activities.
Essential Knowledge
* Understanding of the voluntary and community sector.
* Knowledge of health inequalities and health-related outcomes.
* Awareness of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements.
* Demonstrable understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
Essential Skills
* Strong ICT skills across a range of software packages.
* Ability to analyse and report on complex data sets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical and active listening skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively.
