* The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organised General Administrator with Accounts Support to join our busy and growing team. This is a key role supporting day-to-day operations across the business, with a special focus on administrative tasks and assisting with accounts functions. You’ll play an essential part in helping us stay efficient and well-coordinated, ensuring the smooth running of both the office and on-site activities.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Answering calls, emails, and dealing with general enquiries
* Managing schedules, appointments, and project timelines
* Ordering materials and tracking deliveries
* Assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic accounts tasks
* Maintaining financial records and filing systems
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members
* Supporting the directors with general admin tasks, including accounts-related tasks
* What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous admin experience (construction background a bonus, but not essential)
* A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
* Ability to handle financial documentation and confidentiality with integrity
