Location: Chesterfield, S41
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: 16th February - 4 weeks (could extend!)
Pay Rate: £12.60 - £13 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (30 min unpaid break)
What You'll Do:
Greet visitors with a warm smile and make them feel welcome 😊
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members 📞
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence ✉️
Provide information about services and projects to clients and visitorsWho You Are:
A people person with excellent communication skills 🗣️
Organised, with a knack for multitasking and managing time efficiently ⏰
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic office equipment
Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is a plus!
