We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Manager to join our fast-growing financial services firm in the heart of Liverpool. Following a period of rapid expansion - with more growth ahead - we're looking for an experienced change leader to drive operational excellence and oversee key transformation projects, including a major office move.
The roleReporting directly to the COO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we operate as we scale. You'll be responsible for delivering high-impact change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions, and embedding improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and client service.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and deliver change projects across the business, from planning to implementation
* Oversee the successful relocation of our Liverpool office
* Drive operational process improvements to support growth and scalability
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and smooth adoption of changes
* Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, ensuring benefits are realised
* Act as a trusted advisor to the COO and leadership team on change management best practice
About you
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering change in complex environments
* Financial services or other regulated industry experience (desirable)
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused
* Experience of managing office moves or similar large-scale operational transitions is highly advantageous
