Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Kirkland Associates are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for our client based in Ripley, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer with a background within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
c.a. 45k salary
Overtime available
3 shift rotation 06:00-14:05, 14:00-22:15 & 22:00-06:15
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - The Role:
1. Working within a team of 3 to reduce breakdowns & repairs to achieve production targets
2. Ensuring safe operation of machinery
3. Improving site facilities
4. Support & contribute to continuous improvement projects to order and install new equipment
5. Maintain CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)
Mechancial Maintenance Engineer - The Candidate:
6. Time served (apprenticeship) electrical/mechanical maintenance Engineer
7. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
8. Experience working in a process-oriented environment
9. Root cause analysis and fault finding experience
10. Continuous Improvement and proactive approach to working
11. Good communication and interpersonal skills
