We are looking for a highly motivated and committed Network Engineer to facilitate our business expansion. It is an exciting role within Industrial IoT, device connectivity and automation space.
You will be working closely with the Product Manager to assist with the smooth running of our customer tech support, contributing to our OT networking projects as well as contributing to our Product Information Management (PIM) platform.

Your responsibilities
* Working closely with our sales team to deliver outstanding tech support to our customers.
OT Networking Projects
Actively contributing to our end-to-end OT networking solutions from design to configurations, FAT and SAT testing, commissioning and deployment of the solutions and supporting the network.
Product Information Management (PIM)
Updating and maintaining product technical information on our PIM platform.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Technical knowledge: Minimum of 5-year hands-on experience on Ethernet networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs), Ethernet networking topologies, and security principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
* Certification (Required): A university degree in network engineering or similar principles, alternatively Industry recognized certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA etc.
In general, this is an office-based role with working hours from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 5pm, although on occasions you may be required to attend customer and vendor venues.
