At Thales, we’re looking for someone who loves creating order, supporting others, and managing the availability and sub-contacted calibration of test equipment. If you enjoy being the calm, organised centre of a busy technical environment, this role gives you the space to make a real impact.
💼 What you’ll do
1. Be the friendly expert for all things MEMS (Merasuring Equipment Managed Service) — coordinating users, tracking costs, and sharing helpful calibration reports
2. Manage test equipment across the site, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and where it needs to be
3. Administering the smooth and timely flow of test equipment in and out of Thales ensuring Calibration and repair timescales and requirements are met
4. Support colleagues by guiding best practice and keeping documentation clear and up to date
5. Look after Special‑to‑Type Test Equipment, labels, logs, and transfers
6. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
7. Keep storage areas and data archives organised and easy to use
8. Help shape improvements and champion positive change
