Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage supervisor to join our dining / banquet team daily. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, possess exceptional leadership skills, and ensure high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
2. Strong presence on the floor, confidence, experienced leader
3. Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
4. Banquet experience, knowledge in BEO, set-ups, and service with larger groups
5. Knowledgeable on the bar, wine, cocktails
Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant/hotels industry
* Strong background in bartending, team management, and restaurant operations
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
* Knowledge of food safety protocols and experience in overseeing food service operations
* Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Evening shift, Every Weekend, Monday to Friday, On-call, Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Tips
Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience: Dining/banquet leadership: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification: Smart Serve (required)
