About the Role
This full-time, permanent leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of SEND provision across the school. The SENCO will lead a team of specialist support staff, coordinate EHCPs, and ensure that every student receives the tailored support they need to succeed academically and personally.
You will:
• Develop and implement the school’s SEND strategy in line with national guidance
• Oversee EHCP reviews, assessment processes, and targeted interventions
• Deliver CPD and training to staff on adaptive teaching and differentiation
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies
• Ensure that SEND students are fully included in all aspects of school life
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions and progress data

Experience and Qualifications:
• QTS and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
