Are you a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager looking to make an impact in the Construction & Real Estate industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage up to 10 key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Provide accurate quotes for services and jobs, coordinating schedules seamlessly.
* Process invoices and ensure precise billing for all services rendered.
* Drive business growth through upselling and effective client development.
* Handle medium to large client accounts with confidence and professionalism.
* Address client queries and deliver exceptional service that sets our client apart.
* utilise the CRM system "Big Change" to streamline account management (familiarity is a plus!).
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in account management within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong prioritisation skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Confidence in quoting, invoicing, and coordinating services.
* A proactive mindset focused on business growth and client retention.
