Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated labourer to join our team. This paid position offers hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work under the supervision of experienced electricians. Responsibilities
* Assist qualified electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete various tasks.
* Assist in first and second fix of rewiring projects, to include channelling and manual labour works
* Perform routine inspections of electrical components to identify potential issues.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Work to complete installations in CCTV, Access Control and Alarms
* Contribute to ensuring all work complies with relevant electrical codes and standards.
Skills
* Basic proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, etc.
* Experience or familiarity with power tools used in electrical work.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work safely in a team environment.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning new skills. This position is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in the electrical trade, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.
