Client Details Our client are a well known property and housing contractor based in the Midlands. Seeking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our East Midlands team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take commercial ownership of a diverse portfolio of maintenance, refurbishment, and social housing projects. You will play a key role in controlling costs, managing client relationships, and mitigating commercial risks. Description Prepare and evaluate cost estimates for works, materials, and services. Manage commercial relationships with clients, ensuring variations and changes are agreed. Produce accurate cost-to-complete and value forecasts, reporting variances promptly. Review contract terms and highlight risks and obligations to the delivery team. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, legal, and client requirements. Profile Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or property maintenance. Knowledge of refurbishment and/or social housing projects.
