About the Company
This award-winning and collaborative design/architecture studio is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. They are a friendly team of 30 architects, interior designers, and master planners based in the West End. Their award-winning projects span a broad range of sectors, including workplace, fit-out, residential, public realm, and mixed-use.
Role Overview
As their new Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with and be mentored by their Marketing Manager. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the marketing strategy and help promote their brand and tell their story. They are keen to meet candidates with a background in the architecture and design industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate marketing strategy content.
2. Maintain the brand library, including templates, collateral, and other resources.
3. Create marketing collateral such as project sheets and staff CVs.
4. Coordinate project photography.
5. Manage the website.
6. Coordinate meetings with PR agencies.
7. Develop and manage social media strategy.
8. Track social media performance.
9. Track award submissions and maintain the awards calendar.
10. Coordinate events.
Skills and Experience
1. Prior experience in a similar role within the architecture and design industry.
2. Strong graphic skills, including proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Premier Pro.
3. Experience with social media management.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
