Salary: £60,000 £65,000 per annum

An award-winning independent psychology and neurodevelopmental practice delivering high-quality assessments for adults and children, including autism and ADHD evaluations, expert witness reports, and health service contracts.
The Role
Lead a multidisciplinary team at a new Huddersfield clinic, managing neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD under public health patient choice programs. Responsibilities include:
* Supervising psychologists, therapists, and support staff
* Overseeing diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R, QB)
* Managing clinic operations, performance metrics, and contract delivery
* Ensuring clinical governance and case management
* Supporting onboarding, training, and process improvements
Qualifications
* HCPC or NMC registered clinician (Psychologist, SLT, OT, Nurse)
* ADOS-2/ADI-R trained (QB training desirable)
* Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments and team management
* Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
