Embedded with an existing Customer SOC, Capgemini supplies cyber expertise and corporate experience to assist in regular SOC activities, propose new processes, and bring best practices to the workplace.
Must be a sole British National.
This role is based five days per week on-site in Corsham.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will undergo pre-employment checks including identity, nationality, immigration status, employment history for the past three years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role
1. Conduct reactive monitoring of client networks to deliver layered cyber defense across all security domains.
2. Manage and triage alerts, conduct impact assessments, and develop mitigation strategies for briefing.
3. Review and amend cyber security policies, procedures, and orders as needed.
4. Maintain knowledge of current cyber issues, vulnerabilities, and exploits through research and technical reports.

Your skills and experience
* Experience as a security analyst in a SOC or similar environment.
* Currently hold SC clearance.
* Knowledge of data networks.
* Experience with SIEM tools and security management tools.
* Desirable qualifications include CompTIA S, CySA, AWS, MS, SANS, CISSP, etc.
Your security clearance
To be appointed, you must obtain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance, which requires residing in the UK for the past 10 years and meeting other detailed criteria. During recruitment, questions about your eligibility and citizenship will be asked, as some roles are restricted to UK nationals.
