Salary & Career Progression
We believe in rewarding growth and achievement:
* Year 1:
* Starting salary: £16,000 – £19,000
* Upon successful completion of Cert CII (1st anniversary): £23,000 plus bonus
* Year 2:
* Exam bonuses: £250 for each CII Diploma unit passed
* Second anniversary: £25,000 plus bonus
* Year 3:
* Upon completion of ACII qualification: £28,000 plus bonus

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
As part of your apprenticeship, you will:
* Offer and present insurance solutions for both renewals and new business
* Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving
* Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage
* Achieve or exceed agreed volumes of quotes, sales, and income from various marketing sources
* Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management
* Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations
Work & Study Structure
* Location: Office-based in Stratford, East London
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Training & Study:
* 2 hours of virtual apprenticeship classes each week plus 1 hour study time
* 3 hours on the job training hours each week
