Job Summary
The International Sales Assistant supports the EMEA distribution and international sales teams by delivering high-quality customer service, efficient order processing, and administrative sales support across multiple markets. This role involves direct interaction with international customer accounts, managing order enquiries, processing sales orders, handling complaints and returns in collaboration with technical teams, and resolving complex customer issues. The position also supports billing and revenue reporting through accurate invoicing, credit notes, customs documentation, and sales tracking, while liaising closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and stock forecasting. Daily work includes extensive email correspondence and use of systems such as NetSuite, Shopify, DHL portals and GlobalE, with a strong focus on supporting sales growth, meeting targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships within the international beauty industry.
Role Outline
* Responsible for direct interaction with customer accounts and taking order inquiries, ensuring order entry processing and control, supporting the sales processes in International Sales Executives and Distribution Manager in EMEA.
* Process complaints and returns in collaboration with the Technical Department.
* Research issues and brings resolution to complex situations.
* Enter and process customer orders.
* Follow guidelines for the customer service policy and procedure.
* Provide quality customer care via telephone and email.
* Assists current and potential customers by answering product and service questions.
* Assist with heavy email correspondence with the ability to answer questions efficiently.
* Compile statistics as required.
* Liaising with Warehouse and Supply chain to support customer order processing and stock forecasts.
* In addition, Direct salon desk based order processing and account management ensuring growth and targets are met for Bellami Salons International & EMEA.
* Daily use of Netsuite & Shopify, DHL portal, & GlobalE
* Timely submission of sales revenue.
* Create and check invoices and credit notes.
* Check and record customs entry confirmations.
* Maintaining sales tracker spreadsheets.
Required Skills
* Knowledge of the beauty industry is preferable.
* Professional experience in Customer Service is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good MS-Office skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team supporting the Distribution Sales Executives and Manager.
