Responsibilities
* Lead our symphony of flavour with full-throttle energy as General Manager.
* Motivate, inspire and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Drive hospitality operations and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
* Foster a culture that balances work and life for team members.
* Implement the company’s values and innovate to improve performance and guest experiences.
Qualifications
* Experience building and leading a team.
* Vast experience in customer service.
* Commercial acumen.
* Ability to work under pressure and stay results-driven.
* Excellent communication skills.
