12 month fixed term contract • 37.5 hours per week • Salary £37,068 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a Services Manager on a fixed‑term contract to manage our supported housing project in Exmouth.
Alexandra House is a supported housing service offering temporary accommodation to 23 tenants aged 18‑65 with low to medium support needs to help them regain independence. No personal care responsibilities in this role.
Duties include:
* Providing effective leadership and guidance to our colleagues and customers within the project
* Undertaking void inspections and liaising with our Property Services Team and contractors regarding void works
* Promoting continual review and improvement of services
* Fostering hope and creating conditions in which people can be enabled to live independently, be empowered and thrive
* Participating in an out of hours on‑call support rota (approximately one week in every 16 weeks) with an additional payment of £169 per week
