Employment Type: Self Employed Cleaner
Location: Multiple locations available across South & East Devon
Do you pride yourself on your high cleaning standards and organisation? We are looking for experienced self-employed housekeepers to work alongside our service team, providing homeowners with a first-class changeover service for multiple properties in your area.
What will I be doing?
* Planned changeover cleans: Cleaning and preparing holiday cottages between bookings to a high standard.
* Refresh cleans and deep cleans to maintain standards year-round.
* Collection and distribution of supplies, such as linen and welcome packs, to and from our local offices.
* Property checks and fault reporting to our local office.
You'll need:
* Time management: Effectively managing your schedule to complete cleans within allocated timeframes, especially for changeovers.
* Organisation: Keeping track of supplies and ensuring properties are well-stocked.
* Reliability: Demonstrating self-motivation and dependability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
* Communication: Effectively communicating with the company regarding property checks, fault reports, and supply collection.
* Physical fitness: Being physically capable, as cleaning involves activity.
