Purpose of the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of housing solutions, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. Reporting to the Support Worker Team Manager and working collaboratively as part of a team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and achieving positive outcomes for care leavers, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people.
