🔬 The Role
You’ll be part of a specialist validation team, playing a key role in ensuring newly developed antibodies meet the highest standards before reaching researchers and clinicians worldwide.
This is a highly practical, project-led role where you will:
* Take ownership of multiple antibody validation programmes
* Design and optimise experiments (not just follow SOPs)
* Select reagents, controls, and experimental approaches
* Perform flow cytometry and/or immunocytochemistry assays
* Use imaging and microscopy techniques to generate data
* Analyse results and troubleshoot experiments
* Produce clear, high-quality data packages
* Work in a dynamic, high-throughput lab environment

🔹 3 roles – Flow Cytometry focus
* Strong flow cytometry experience required
* Immunofluorescence desirable
* Immunology background preferred
🔹 1 role – Immunocytochemistry focus
* Strong immunocytochemistry experience required
* Flow cytometry desirable
* Immunology background preferred

📚 Experience Required
🎓 PhD route:
* 1–2 years postdoctoral or industry experience in immunology (or related field)
🧪 Non-PhD route:
* 3–4 years of relevant laboratory experience in industry
✅ Key Technical Skills
* Strong flow cytometry expertise (panel design, troubleshooting, assay development)
* Solid understanding of immunology
* Experience with microscopy and imaging techniques
* Ability to design, adapt, and optimise experiments
⭐ Desirable:
* Antibody validation or development experience
* Conjugation workflows
