What We Are Looking For
* Meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries
* Ensure all customers are dealt with efficiently and courteously
* Engage with customers by explaining the benefits of player rewards and assisting with sign-up, including demonstration of the rewards journey
* Receive and log telephone calls and other communications to the venue
Who You Are
* Excellent customer service skills
* Courteous and friendly demeanor
* Good grooming and presentable appearance
* Customer service experience in previous roles
* Team player with a flexible attitude
* Proactive, able to work autonomously
* Effective communicator at all levels, including senior management
* Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
* High level of personal integrity
* Strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations
* Respectful and appreciative of all colleagues
