The Role: Client Account Manager (Motor & Business Finance)
You will take ownership of high-value clients across motor and business finance. This is a front line revenue role with real autonomy, real responsibility, and real upside.
You will:
* Build, manage, and scale a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
* Originate and close complex motor, supercar, asset, and business finance transactions
* Drive growth through networking, referrals, and strategic relationship management
* Deliver an exceptional, white glove client experience
* Represent Lillian Stanley at supercar events, industry functions, and partner meetings
* Work closely with leadership as the business scales into new finance verticals
This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not wait for instructions.
Who We’re Looking For

You will likely have:
* Proven experience in motor finance, asset finance, or business finance
* A commercial, results-driven mentality with a track record of overachievement
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Strong relationship‑building capability with clients, dealers, and introducers
* High personal standards, organisation, and time discipline
* Flexibility to work evenings/weekends when opportunity demands it
