As a Telemarketing Executive you will manage a small number of company clients. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Clients by calling prospective buyers and following up on marketing campaign emails sent by the Email Campaign Team. You will work closely and in a coordinated way with the Marketing Campaign Team to ensure that any outreach is being followed up with phone calls. Telemarketing Executives oversee finding new business for our clients purely over the phone. You will be assigned targets for your accounts and expected to achieve them.
Generate sales & opportunities by calling prospective buyers on behalf of the Clients.
· Operate as one of the points of contact for assigned Clients
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with allocated accounts and Team members.
· Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
· Communicate client needs and demands to employer of the company.
· Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
· Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
· Coordinate with other staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to reach prospective clients.
· Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines.
· Keep records centrally of client activity and produce a weekly report
· Report to the Telemarketing Team Leader and provide reports when required
Marketing Campaign Executive Skills and Qualifications:
Work Experience in an office environment, Target focussed and excitement and drive to hit goals, Volume phone based activity, Client-Focused Solutions Experience, Project Management Skills, Ability to Communicate Client needs with fellow Staff, Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously, Listening Skills, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Telephony and Telemarketing experience, Time Management Skills and IT skills (such as use of MS Office products) and LinkedIn and other various social media. The Telemarketing Executive should be confident on the telephone and operate in a professional and warm manner when speaking with Clients and end Customers / Prospects.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
1. Excellent communicator in both written and telephone roles
2. Good Computer Literacy
3. Excellent record and focus on hitting targets over the phone
4. Excellent at retention of Clients and building a long-term partnership
5. Good written and spoken English (English must be your first language)
