Proven background in senior finance leadership roles, such as Finance Manager, Senior Accounts Manager or a high‑performing Assistant FM
Advanced, hands‑on capability with Simpro and Xero - essential for this role
Experience within construction, M&E or other project‑driven sectors
Deep understanding of job costing, WIP management and cashflow forecasting
Highly organised, commercially astute and proactive in approach
Confident partnering with senior leadership and contributing to strategic decisions
Takes full ownership of responsibilities rather than simply processing tasks

A successful Finance Manager should have:
