<div><p>We have an exciting opportunity for two Clinical Team Administrators to join the Access and Assessment Team (AAT), based at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth. AAT are a multidisciplinary team and act as the front door for community-based adults and older persons mental health services across Great Yarmouth and Waveney. The team receive all routine and urgent referrals from GP services which they then triage and assess where appropriate.</p><p><b>One position is full time 37.5 hours per week and the other is 15 hours per week. Fixed Term for 9 months.</b></p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><p>You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will need to be able to demonstrate your communication, prioritisation and administration skills as well as your knowledge of IT systems.</p><p>You will need to be able to work flexibly in response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines and on your own initiative is also essential.</p><p>You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience and will also have excellent customer service skills and administration experience.</p><p>You will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage, as well as minute taking.</p><h3>Person Specification</h3><h3>Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems.</li><li>Knowledge of NHS policy / procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or working towards.</li><li>NVQ 2 Customer Services or working towards</li><li>Knowledge of Trust electronic record system</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level</li><li>Working under pressure</li><li>Working on own initiative with minimal supervision.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Ability to prioritise</li><li>ICT skills including microsoft</li><li>Literacy and numeracy</li></ul><h3>Disclosure and Barring Service Check</h3><p>This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.</p><p>£25,760 to £27,476 a yeargross per annum pro rata</p></div>
