Job Summary
Assisting COSAM IT staff with a variety of IT tasks and duties.

Essential Functions
* Responding to issues in COSAM academic classrooms to diagnose and resolve issues quickly,
* Maintaining IT equipment in COSAM academic classrooms,
* Monitoring the COSAM ticket system and assisting users with various software and hardware issues,
* Assisting with software installation and upgrades,
* Assisting with special projects,
* Keeping the work area clean and organized,
* Assisting with surplus process of obsolete hardware,
* Performing other duties under the direction of the IT staff, and
* Setting working hours around your class schedule.

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled student at Auburn University
* Basic knowledge of IT issues and computer software
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
* Candidate must be a United States citizen due to ITAR requirements

Pay Rate $12.00-$15.00/hour
