The successful candidate will bring the following to the role: An enthusiastic and caring individual with experience of working with older people who may be vulnerable. Confidence in establishing and building up links with community agencies, voluntary organisations and other groups to support the aims of the service Is comfortable to lone work and can show initiative to make decisions for themselves Enjoys providing a first-class customer experience to residents, contractors and internal colleagues Ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Muir Living Service provided to older residents Positive and open to change and able to contribute positively to a culture of evaluation and improvement Ability to organise successful opportunities for residents to engage with the wider community to reduce social isolation If you are interested in applying for this opportunity, the closing date for applications is 9.00am Monday 23rd February.
