If you’re an organised, proactive Procurement Administrator or a strong Project Administrator looking for your next opportunity, this role could be a perfect fit.We’re supporting a fantastic business in Basingstoke with a close‑knit, supportive team who are ready to wee their next colleague. This is a temporary‑to‑permanent position, so we’re ideally looking for someone who is available immediately and excited to hit the ground running.
What you’ll be doing
1. Procurement support — raising purchase orders, managing supplier information, tracking deliveries
2. Administrative coordination — maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, supporting wider project activity
3. Supplier liaison —municating with vendors to ensure smooth ordering and delivery
4. System updates — using internal tools; Sage 200 experience is a real advantage
What we’re looking for
5. Some procurement / logistics / Supply chain admin experience or solid project administration background.
6. Confident working on‑site in Basingstoke Monday–Friday
7. Someone organised, detail‑driven and happy to work in a friendly, collaborative team.
8. Immediate availability preferred due to the temp‑to‑perm nature of the role
9. Knowledge of Sage 200 is beneficial but not essential.
