Are you passionate about technology and committed to delivering high‑quality IT support that makes a real difference in education? We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Technology Support Officer to join our central IT Services team.
Based at Spencer Academies Trust Central Office, this role plays a key part in delivering the One Spencer IT Service across our academies. You will provide responsive, reliable frontline support to staff and students, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality user experience aligned with Trust standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support primarily our primary academies, with flexibility to work across the Trust as required.
* Resolve incidents, support users, maintain devices and systems, and contribute to service continuity during periods of high demand or change.
* Embed consistent processes, support the rollout of new systems and services, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across IT Services to ensure technology effectively supports teaching, learning, and wider organisational operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proactive, customer‑focused mindset suitable for a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
* Confidence working independently.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Full UK driving licence (required for travel across our academies).
