Hours: 07:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
First Call Contract Services is looking for a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Altrincham site. This role is ideal for a strong, proactive leader who can ensure smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations
* Coordinate goods in/out, stock control, and order fulfilment
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards
* Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
* Drive continuous improvements in workflow and efficiency
Requirements
* Proven track record within warehouse management
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Excellent understanding of warehouse processes and H&S procedures
* Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
* A hands-on and proactive approach
