Business Development Administrator


Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: City, London, Hybrid working, 3 days in the office

Hours: Full-time, permanent


We are partnering with a leading investment firm to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic sales team, supporting key business development and client engagement initiatives.


In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be the backbone of the team—coordinating client communications, managing CRM data, supporting events, and ensuring smooth internal operations. If you thrive in a team-focused environment and enjoy juggling multiple priorities, this could be the perfect next step in your career.


Key Responsibilities


* Diary management and inbox management
* Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with marketing communications and client data.
* Coordinate client reporting and respond to fund/product information requests.
* Support internal sales and client service teams with data, presentations, and travel arrangements.
* Assist in planning and executing client events, liaising with venues and managing documentation.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate support.


What We’re Looking For


* Previous experience in client services within financial services—ideally fund or wealth management.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple inboxes, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
