About the Role
We are looking for Bank Relief Support Workers to join our team. As a key worker, we expect you to establish positive relationships and offer practical and emotional support. We provid2 24/7 support to 5 individuals living in a Residential setting. We will ask you to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership scheme, and register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). The role involves various shift patterns including weekends and Sleep – over cover which operate on a rota basis
What we are looking for
You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and a mature attitude together with adaptability and enthusiasm. We don’t need you to have any specific qualifications or experience to join us, although an SVQ qualification in Social Care would be advantageous. What we do ask is you have the right attitude and values, as respect and dignity are at the heart of everything we do at SAMH
