What you will be doing
As our new Systems & Training Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our HR transformation, leading the design and delivery of streamlined Learning and Performance Management processes within SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure our systems are efficient, intuitive, and aligned with our evolving HR model.
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, your role will involve building and refining SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goal Management functionality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. You’ll also review and update HR policies and procedures to align to system capabilities, producing clear and practical guidance for both HR and the wider business.
In addition to systems work, you’ll support the Talent Coordinator with day-to-day operations, including onboarding, induction training, and cyclical HR activities.
What we are looking for
We’re seeking someone with demonstrable, strong hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Learning and Performance modules, and a strong understanding of HR processes. You’ll be confident working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Experience in training delivery will be highly regarded.
If you’re a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and a passion for improving systems and processes, we’d love to hear from you.
