We are now looking for a reliable, proactive and people-focused On-Call Coordinator to join our team and support our out-of-hours service.
Working Hours:
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible additional hours:
* Weekday Evenings: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
* Weekends: Early & Late shifts available
The Role:
As part of our on-call team, you will play a key role in ensuring our services remain fully staffed and supported outside of core hours.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing incoming shift requests.
* Contacting and booking workers into shifts.
* Responding to last-minute changes and emergencies.
* Supporting both clients and workers professionally.
* Ensuring all shifts are filled efficiently.
* Maintaining clear and accurate communication.
* Working closely with the wider team to ensure continuity.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, where no two shifts are the same.
