What the Job Involves This role involves working closely with children and their families to assess and support kinship care arrangements. You will conduct thorough assessments, including Viability Assessments, Special Guardian Assessments, and Connected Carer Assessments, to ensure the welfare and best interests of the children are met. You will collaborate with other professionals and provide guidance and support to families throughout the process.
