Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Administration:
1. Manage the existing Salesforce solutions and ensure it is aligned with programme goals and technical best practices. This will include but is not limited to updates, customising and maintaining Salesforce as the team and function grows.
2. Customise Salesforce features including objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and third-party integrations.
3. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications (e.g., PowerBI, Sumo Scheduler) to support seamless operations.
