Overview

We Are Recruiting for a Property Administration Coordinator

Location: St Andrews

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

The Role

Our client is seeking a Property Administration Coordinator to support their busy property management team. This is a key administrative role that ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations. It\'s ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a confident communicator.


Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property team
* Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with property regulations
* Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
* Assist with inspections, reports, and property documentation
* Coordinate and support monthly property inspections, ensuring all findings are recorded and followed up appropriately
* Manage correspondence and respond to queries professionally and promptly
* Support financial processes including invoicing and budget tracking
* Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives


What We’re Looking For

* A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A compliance-focused mindset with a commitment to doing things properly
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
* Previous experience in property administration or a similar role is desirable
